Dressing for breakfast
May 31, 2014Commission by curator Ligaya Salazar at LCF Fashion Space Gallery to create a fashion performance piece, as part of their Relaunch program. We worked with Performance Artist and Theatre Maker, Rachel May Snider to develop a show called “Dressing for Breakfast”. Our idea developed from using a 3 stringed washing line system to fly in and out cardboard cut out clothes over Rachel on stage as she recounts the trials and tribulations of internet dating gone pear shaped, and looking back on the history of fashion advises how to successfully dress for a first date.
