Somerset House

For Somerset House and Kings College‘s exhibition John Berger: Art and Property Now we were asked to decorate a room and make some furniture for the exhibition.. We designed a range of different objects, chairs and stools made from found and borrowed furniture which we morphed together. The table we created encouraged visitors to write letters, either on the type writer or by hand.. and then post them up on the line. Even John Berger himself wrote a letter!

We Love: Valérie Pirson

Valérie Pirson is an amazing French Animator/Director at Partizan, I first fell in love with Pistache a good few years ago, since then she has gone on to do lots of other great projects. I think Pistache was made on a light box- I love the way the texture and layering of the papers all show through, its amazing how much time and patience must have gone into this!
