Paloma Faith Powder Paint Stage Set

We are working Paloma Faiths new stage show for her UK Tour, developing a performance where she colour changes during the show by covering her self in brightly coloured pigment. The white dress is being made on felt to catch and hold the paint as is it hits…. it was a fine balance between needing the dress to be amazing and needing it to be simple and fast to make as we need to make one complete dress for each of her UK tour dates

Industrial Painting Project
November 12, 2009At Designers Block Illustrate I was given along with Artist Sarah Lloyd, a large Industrial Unit and a vast quantity of paint that had just gone past its sell by date. We decided to create an instillation room for the show then after the exhibition I used the room as the set for a stop motion experiment.
